When your journal is ready to convert documents into PDFs, the journals suite computers are equipped with the necessary Adobe product. Please contact IT for assistance with installing Adobe products on laptops, including personal laptops. 

Email your Journals Library Liaison for a copy of the spreadsheet you will fill in and send back to the Liaison, accompanied by the individual PDFs of each of the articles and the front matter, etc., when you are ready to publish.
