Injury statistics and technical reports. CPSCs National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS) is a national probability sample of hospitals in the U.S. and its territories. From this data, product-related injuries treated in emergency rooms can be estimated.

New Mexico Attorney General Consumer Protection Division
Consumer Protection Division tracks and monitors complaints against businesses operating in New Mexico; investigates suspicious business activities, and offers complaint resolution services to dissatisfied consumers. Walk-in hours are 10-3 M-F and by appointment.
New Mexico Regulations and Licensing Department, Financial Institutions Division
This Division regulates and supervises state-chartered banks. They also handle or refer problems and complaints about other types of financial institutions as well; and may also answer general questions about banking and consumer credit. New Mexico Public Regulation Commission
State Utility Commissions like the PRC regulate services and rates for gas, electricity and telephones as well as other services within NM; they also seek to resolve disputes and complaints with licensed New Mexico Insurance Companies and certain transportation agencies/utilities.
