Use the Library, but Engage in Social Distancing
The Library is open to students via the After Hours door and you may enter the Law School from the Library. The furniture has been rearranged to facilitate social distancing. Please maintain a distance of at least six feet from others and be mindful of how many people are in the room with you. If it exceeds five, go to another room.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, UNM Custodial is disinfecting the Library tables and restrooms daily and hand sanitizer, wipes, and tissue are available at the front desk. However, surfaces can become infected between cleanings and sanitizing supplies disappear often. It is recommended that you bring your own supplies and stay vigilant about what you touch.
The Library discourages use of the physical collection during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you haven't used our assortment of online study aids before, this is the time to do so.
If you do use books from the library's open collection or retrieve course reserves from behind the Circulation Desk, please promptly return them to where you found them so that others can also find and use them. Not doing so would be an Honor Code violation.
