Speaker: Clifford Villa (University of New Mexico)
Cliff Villa is an Assistant Professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law where he teaches in the areas of environmental and constitutional law. Prior to joining the UNM law faculty, he served for 22 years as an attorney for the EPA focusing on the cleanup of mining districts and federal facilities, as well as emergency response.
